Role in project
In SMARTWAY project, Silicon Radar will be fully responsible for the specification and development of 60GHz and 300GHz radar front-ends in SiGe technology. Silicon Radar will contribute to the specification on CNT filters and packaging concepts. Finally, a radar sensor demonstrator will be built based on the developed packaged MMICs. The radar sensor will incorporate all hardware and software components required for demonstration of range and speed measurements.
